For the Rotoscope Animation we had to video ourselves doing something athletic, it could be anything even walking. I did my video on me playing basketball, we had to use the Wacom Tablets to draw ourselves which we did on Photoshop. I made the mistake of wearing flip-flops in this video instead of wearing sneakers, drawing the hands, and feet was a lot of work but I think it was a good learning experience if I ever have to do Rotoscope Animation again.

For this project we had to either find a haiku online, or create one ourselves. I found on online that said "Between the two trees, Looking up at their branches, Which one should we climb" by Tyrone. I felt this was perfect since I have these two trees in my front yard that I have been climbing since I was a kid. This was my first time using Premiere, it wasn't as hard as it looked. It was also interesting at how different things look at different times of the day, at the end of the film I filmed that part at noon instead of at 5pm thinking that it would look the same, which it didn't.

For this project we had to create a video about anything we wanted. We just had to have the video over 3 minutes long, and we had to submit a script for the video we were going to do. I decided to do a video about if I had stayed in the Marine Biology program, and if I would still feel excited when I first started, or if I would be overwhelmed with all the studying needed. It was a lot of fun being able to go back to what I originally set out to do, but as soon as I looked at those textbooks again, and started reading them again I thought to myself "I would still be suffering, and probably crying from anxiety." Just looking at those textbooks again made me have anxiety, and it just didn't feel right anymore. Even though I gave up on Marine Biology I still have a passion for conservation, and the environment.

For this project we had to create a bouncing ball, and had to hit some sort of wall or bounce over objects. This was my first time animating some thing, and knowing how it is accomplished. We we're still using "primitive shapes" which helped to prepare with working in animating a character to pick up an object we created. We also had to try our best in making the ball bouncing look natural by just using the polygons.

This project was to take a book, and create a flip book about anything we wanted to. Since I used the Jungle Book I decided to go with a deforestation theme. I was a little upset about having to ruin one of my favorite books, so I ended up theming my flip book based on it, and also a poem that is toward the end of the flip book. I also involved the big issue of deforestation that is happening worldwide. I also wanted to bring awareness to what animals are impacted, and what could happen to them. With wars going on not just people but animals have problems finding a safe sanctuary no matter if there is a war, or they are facing deforestation, or even the threat of a "wall", they are being threatened every day. Especially during war all people are thinking about are people, what about the animals that are left in zoos, sanctuaries, or aquariums what happens to them?
